Find you inner peace with Raja Yog

Raja Yoga deals with the internal perception of body and mind. All actions performed by us throughout the day are external in nature. We hardly spend any time thinking about what is going inside our body, where is mind and thoughts flowing, how the nerve currents flow within the body with each actions like listen, touch, smell, view. Steps mentioned below is a very small part of Raja yoga but enough for the busy and working professionals. It will calm the mind, body and bring down the anger, proud, jealousy and other evil thoughts to some extent. Calm the body and mind 1. Close your eyes. Sit straight with chest, neck and head in one line. 2. You will realise that the mind is behaving very sporadically. Let it be. 3. Watch your mind as a spectator and just watch what it is thinking.
